ENVISION WHAT OUGHT TO BE THERE
For more than a decade, Arlington Group has been searching for the right Kelowna location. Much like our audacious 17th Avenue Master Plan, which consolidated 42 separate commercial buildings and helped shift the feel of one of Calgary’s most important corridors, this project was envisioned and led directly by our Founder and CEO, Frank L. Lonardelli.
Located across from City Park and at the edge of downtown, this site brings together the qualities Arlington has been seeking: an extraordinary waterfront setting, a highly visible location, and the ability to create a destination unlike anything else in the market, where people can congregate to live, work, play and shop. Set on the shores of one of North America’s greatest lakes, this is an opportunity to create something truly exceptional.
This transaction also had the added benefit of being with an incredible family, exceptionally well-established and respected within the Kelowna community, who wanted to ensure the stewards of this land would maximize and honour its true value today, tomorrow and well into the future.
